hummel USA guarantees the products we sell will be free from defects of workmanship. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, please return it and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase.

Please note the following limitations:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.
3. Items purchased from hummelsportusa.com cannot be exchanged or returned at any retail location.
4. Promotional items purchased identified as "All Sales Final" cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.

Follow these easy steps for returns & exchanges:

1. Complete our printable Returns & Exchanges form.
2. Send your paperwork and your items to hummel USA:

3. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance as hummel USA will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.

Once received, we will do our best to process your return or exchange within 10 business days. For exchanges, you will get an email confirmation once the new items have shipped.
